About the Surplus Storefront

Surplus Property is responsible for the disposal and re-utilization of all excess University of Arizona property.

  • Live Auction. The live in-person public auction takes place once a month on the third Tuesday of each month (dates may vary.)
  • Storefront Sales. Items are available for in-person purchase during regular business hours.
  • Special Bid Auction. Most of the items available through a Special Bid have a minimum price set for each item, and participation is through a sealed bid process.

Items or materials that cannot be sold through the Surplus Storefront are recycled or disposed of properly to reduce waste in landfills.

Surplus Property is a division of Financial Services.

Sales Disclaimer

All sales must be conducted in-person. The Surplus Storefront operates on a first come, first served basis and items will not be held for a customer's future purchase. All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS.” The University of Arizona does not provide a warranty on any items sold through the Surplus Storefront. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept any credit card with the PayPal logo.

Money Order, Certified Funds, and personal check (up to $500) payments are suspended during curbside pick-up operations.
