Mori Seiki Lathe

Please submit your Bid amount for the purchase of a Mori Seiki Lathe located in the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering building on the University of Arizona campus 1130 N Mountain Avenue.  To view the Lathe please contact Joseph Hartley at 520-621-2598 or hartley2@arizona.edu to schedule an appointment between Monday – Friday 9:00am-3:00pm. The winning bidder will be responsible for all costs related to the removal and transportation of the lathe. Given the size of the lathe the winning bidder will likely need to hire riggers to remove the lathe. The University can provide contact information for a rigging company familiar with the University upon request. Any subcontractors hired by the successful bidder must hold and maintain insurance as outlined in the attached document. Current certificates of insurance must be submitted to the University Surplus Property office for approval prior to any work commencing.
